 - Added an overload of `CliApplicationBuilder.UseTypeActivator(...)` that accepts a `Func<IReadOnlyList<Type>, IServiceProvider>` delegate. The first parameter in the delegate is the list of all command types registered in the application. You can use this overload to more easily add the commands to a DI container.
