Paul Betts	78a4b05ec5	Fix build on AppVeyor by including the WDK ... Apparently Microsoft has decided the ATL is a "Premium Feature" and doesn't include it in the Express SKUs. Fortunately, the WDK includes it, and AppVeyor added the SDK to their build machines.	2014-08-08 11:26:25 +02:00
